Make a list of the top worries in your group (or for you individually). Why do you think those items make the top of your list?
Now look at your list again. If 85% of all worries never happen, which of those things on the list should probably not be worries at all?
That study also stated that, of the 15% that did occur, almost 80% of those said they were able to handle it, or they learned a valuable lesson through it. What lessons can we learn from the situations we have to go through?
Jesus told us not to worry because it can’t add a single hour to our lives. How do you think eliminating worry from your life can benefit you physically, mentally, and spiritually?
