This years event will be bigger and better than ever, but it’s not all about the numbers, it’s about the
names. The families that will be blessed and the relationships that will be formed. It’s about investing into
local families, being For Our City and sharing the love of Jesus with our community.
By volunteering you are playing a role in setting the stage for life change to happen through an annual
event like an Easter egg hunt.
Here are some more specific details about volunteering at the event so you are prepared.
When: Sat April 13th
Where: South Hagerstown High School
1101 S Potomac St Hagerstown MD 21740
8:00am - Volunteers arrive at South Hagerstown High School.
- Breakfast snack and drink will be available
8:15am - Volunteer meeting: rally and pray
- Break into serving areas. Area leaders will give further instructions.
8:30am - Setup areas - registration area, preschool area, kids area, egg field, food, signs, decorations
*Special instructions for setup volunteers:
There will be some setup on Friday night and again early Sat morning before
Friday - meet at the church at 5:30pm. Load up the posts and fencing. Go over at the school at 6 and put
up as much as we can.
Sat - meet at the church at 6:30am. Load items in trucks to take over, drop items off at designated areas.
