DISCUSSION QUESTIONS

1. Read Matthew 22:37-40 & Luke 10:25-37.  In your own words, what does it mean to love God and love people.

2. At the end of the parable of the Good Samaritan, Jesus tells them to go and do likewise. What does that mean for us today?

3. Take a couple of minutes and discuss the question, “who is my neighbor?” then answer the question. Who should we view as our neighbor (and why)?

4. What are some practical steps you can take right now to love your neighbor as yourself?

5. Take the challenge: Be intentional to talk to your neighbors. Make a prayer list of their needs. Pray for them daily, asking God to show you specific ways to help.
