Lifehouse Church Partner Commitment

In becoming a Partner of Lifehouse Church,

  • I have committed my life fully to Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior, and I commit to growing in my personal relationship with Him.

  • I have been baptized by immersion since becoming a follower of Jesus.

  • I am committed to regular attendance of weekend services at Lifehouse Church.

  • I am committed to being an active part of the Family of Lifehouse through faithful involvement in a Life Group.

  • I am committed to serving in the Body of Lifehouse by being an active and faithful member of a Dream Team, according to my God-given gifts and talents.

  • I am committed to protecting the unity of Lifehouse Church through: 1) Submitting to its Leadership; 2) Showing loyalty to Lifehouse and its people; and 3) Seeking to support, encourage, and fulfill God's vision and direction for Lifehouse.

  • I am committed to sharing in the mission and vision of Lifehouse through faithful and regular giving of tithes and offerings to my local church.

  • I am committed to fulfilling the The Great Commission by sharing and showing the love of Christ with those who are far away from God, and actively encouraging those people in my sphere of influence to know Christ.

  • I have or will have completed Life Track, including: 1) Weekly group sessions; 2) Life Track Online modules: "CONNECT", "GROW", AND "GO"; and 3) My FORM Discovery session.

  • I have (or will have) registered for the an Encounter Weekend, or I have been exempted by the Discipleship Pastor due to special circumstances.
